Anti-wrinkle injections (aka toxin) can be used to relax the muscles.

We do this to prevent the lines formed by those muscles (dynamic lines) from settling in and staying there at rest (static lines).

If static lines are already present, there is no guarantee they will go with toxin alone, and you may need polynucleotides and/or skin booster treatments/ microneedling with exosomes to improve this. But toxin will help to prevent future static lines from forming, because it will definitely reduce the dynamic lines.
